You may exchange or request a refund for any undamaged product with the included accessories and packaging, and the original receipt within 14 days from the date you received the product.
Please note: the direct costs of returning the goods in case of a return request are to be borne by the buyer.
For the handling of complaints or faulty shipments, we will bear the corresponding costs. (In these cases, please inform us by e-mail or phone in advance). Items that could not be delivered and were therefore sent back to us will only be sent to you a second time if the shipping costs incurred are paid by the customer.
